The service is preparing your K-1 fiancé petition with you: organizing Form I-129F, assembling your evidence package, providing general information about the process, and reviewing every document for completeness before anything is sent.

Services are limited to preparing documents at your direction and providing general information about the process. If your situation involves genuine legal complexity, you'll be told so and pointed toward a licensed attorney.
No guarantees
No outcome, approval, or processing timeline is guaranteed. All decisions rest with USCIS and the U.S. Department of State. Nothing on this site is a promise about your result. That includes any description of past work.
Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. The petition is prepared at your direction, from what you provide.
- Review and approve every document before it's filed. You sign your own petition and you are responsible for what's in it.
- Don't use this service to misrepresent a relationship or any fact. That's a refusal, not a negotiation.
Fees and payment
Petition preparation is $3,000 paid in full or $5,000 on a payment plan, as stated before you book. The specifics are set out in the written service agreement you receive and sign before any payment is made: the payment schedule, what's included, and any refund terms. Nothing is charged through this website.
The free guide and other content
The guide and the videos on this site are general information, not advice for your specific situation. They're for your personal use. Don't republish or resell them.
Booked calls
Calls are free and take 30 to 45 minutes. There's no obligation. If you can't make a time, reply to the confirmation text to reschedule. Either of us can end the process at any point before a service agreement is signed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desta Immigration Services' total liability arising out of the use of this website or the services is limited to the amount you actually paid for the services. This doesn't limit anything that can't legally be limited.
